Update On Crazy Quilt Pillow

I have been digging through my threads:

I have my needles, scissors, thimble and
a few embellishments:

This is where I am so far, no fair clicking to enlarge,
this looks much better from a distance.

Feel free to make suggestions, except--- throw it
in the trash. Remember, I am a beginner.

Love to all,
Debbie

Debbie don't I remember you saying the same thing about ATC and look what you are doing now, so in light of that you are being to hard on yourself ... it is beautiful and even more pretty close up, I love the web and spider.... hugs Wendy

I love this Debbie, something I have always wanted to try, and do not sell yourself short you are already doing a terrific crazy quilt. Sorry, I had to look at the close up :)
A bit of lace would be nice as someone else suggested, but then I am partial to lace when I sew. I think more hand stitching too or tiny beads. You asked. I think :)
Love ya,
Lynn

I admit it - I embiggened it and you've done a great job! I'm especially taken by the fact that you anchored the spider web to the edges and didn't stitch it in mid air (which some beginners tend to do). You know - now that you've done ONE piece you will just have to do more (you, my friend, have been assimilated into the crazy quilt order!!).

You’re a beginner?!? Are you kidding me? You’re a NATURAL!! Your style is very lovely and restrained and very modern - not great-granny’s CQ! I can’t wait to see more work from you! Enthusiastic hugs, Cathy
