Homework Complete

Homework was never one of
my favorite things to do.
But, somebody had to do it
and if I was going to put my
name on it, it had to be me.

I am taking an online
class with Sharon B .
The class is called

Week 1 we were given
instruction on design
and color choice.

We were asked to use
patterns and texture
for visual interest.

My block is complete
and I am ready to
tackle the 50 pages
of Week 2's lesson!

If you are considering
taking an online class,
this is an excellent one.
I have already learned,
so much useful information
that can be used in other

Love to all,

Really like your block Deb. Great use of a variety of textures and fabrics. Especially like the circle fabric. I took Sharon's class last year and refer to my notes frequently. Look forward to seeing your progress.

A few years ago I took Sharons class too. Finally I have finished my block.
You learn so much in this class.
The most important thing I learned was to see your block as a whole and to dare to stitch over the seams.
I am very curious how your block developes.
Good luck!

Your colors are striking! I’m a beginning quilter and I had to laugh because when I sew it sometimes looks like that and I’m not even trying to capture the block.

I’m a follower

If your homework gets a grade it should be an A+ as you really did a wonderful job of colors and textures in this square. I was entranced the moment I saw the photo. Wonderful week to you...
