CQJP Block Update:
You may remember my block
from last week.
On Mondays, I sit with my
96 year old Grandmother.
Please, no one ask me
what day it is,
or
if it is lunchtime yet?
Long story, long day!
It does however make for
a good day of stitching
I was able to add
my cardinal to the pine branch,
along with more pine needles.
I was also able to begin
the seam treatments.
has been announced.
Next, I will be adding the
to my sampler.
Love to all,
Deb

the bottom image is gorgeous...love those colours.
I really love the the pine branch with cardinal. Did you just stitch the bird or did you have some guidance...some pattern. He's so tiny. I love it.
WOW, lovely cardinal!
You did a wonderful job whilst sitting with your granny.
Hello Deb, good for you for sitting with your grandmother, bless you for that. If this is what you produce while you're there you should do it more often, this is gorgeous, the tree, the cardinal everything it's just lovely. I wish I could sit with one of my family members and stitch. She must love you very much. Regards Mandy (mandycurrie@googlemail.com)
Deb those precious moments are called living and loving and the bonus is the creating. You have no idea what that time means to your dear grandmother.
Beautiful work is developing through it all.
Love and hugs,
Suzy

How lovely that you spend the day with your grandmother. Your branch, cardinal and nest have turned out beautifully Deb.
